Key Ingredients:

Sandal wood, Vetiver, Liquorice, Tender coconut water, Cow’s milk and sesame oil.

USAGE:

Pour out 6 drops of Nidra oil. Massage half on to the crown of the head. 10 minutes before going to sleep. Apply the rest on the instep of the feet.
